    • Security, fraud prevention, debugging, and compliance with law.

  2. LEGAL BASES (EEA/UK ONLY)
If you are in the EEA/UK, we process personal data under: consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., site security, basic analytics), legal obligations, or vital interests. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 11).

  3. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We may “share” data for cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable state law defines “share.” We disclose information to:
    • Service providers (hosting, payments, email/SMS, analytics, advertising) under contracts limiting use to our instructions.

We do not knowingly disclose personal data of children for targeted advertising (see Section 10).

  4. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

  5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
    • Categories: essential (required), analytics (understand usage and improve performance), marketing (ads, remarketing, social pixels).
    • Your choices: use the cookie banner to Accept All, Reject All, or Manage Preferences, and revisit settings any time via “Cookie Settings” in our footer. Disabling non-essential cookies may limit some features.
    • For details on the specific cookies and partners we use, see our Cookie Policy.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your rights depend on where you live. They may include:
    • Access — know what we collect and how we use it.
    • Correction — update inaccurate information.
    • Deletion — request deletion of certain information.
    • Portability — receive a copy in a portable format (where required).
    • Opt-out — of targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling.
    • Withdraw consent — for non-essential cookies/marketing, at any time, via the banner or “Cookie Settings.”

How to exercise your rights:
• Email:
[email protected] with your request and enough information to verify your identity.
• Cookie choices: use the cookie banner or “Cookie Settings.”
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if still unresolved, you may contact your state Attorney General or data protection authority.

State-specific notes (non-exclusive):
• Texas (TDPSA): Texas residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. We will not process “sensitive data” without required consent.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have rights similar to the above and the right to limit use/disclosure of sensitive personal information for certain secondary purposes. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf (we may require proof of authorization and verification).
Other U.S. states with privacy laws provide similar rights. We apply rights requests as required by your state law.

  1. DO NOT TRACK
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no industry standard for responding; we do not respond to DNT at this time. We honor state-law opt-out mechanisms for targeted advertising and “sale/share” as applicable.

  2. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

  3. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND FEATURES
Our Services may link to third-party websites or include third-party features. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing data.

  4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
