SCOPE
This Policy applies to purchases of our digital programs, webinars, workshops/bootcamps, memberships/subscriptions, and replays sold by Double Down Speaking (“Double Down,” “we,” “our,” “us”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
GENERAL RULE — ALL SALES FINAL
Unless a specific offer page or checkout expressly states otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions, dates, and requirements carefully before purchasing.
EXCEPTIONS WE MAY APPROVE
We may, at our reasonable discretion and as permitted by law, issue a refund or credit in the following limited cases:
• Duplicate charge / accidental duplicate order (same item, same buyer, same timeframe).
• Fraud or unauthorized payment proven by the cardholder or processor.
• Platform failure on our side that prevents access to a paid digital product or prevents attending a live online event, where we cannot provide a replay or alternate access.
• Event cancellation by us with no comparable reschedule option offered.
Approved remedies are typically (a) refund to original payment method, or (b) account credit usable on future Double Down offerings.
LIVE EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & BOOTCAMPS
• Tickets/Seats: Non-refundable.
• Reschedule/Transfer: You may request a one-time transfer of your ticket to a future cohort/date if you email us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start. Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months.
• Substitutions: You may transfer your seat to another person at least 24 hours before start by emailing us their full name and email.
• No-shows: If you do not attend and did not request a timely transfer, the ticket is forfeited.
• Event moved or canceled by us: If we reschedule, your ticket automatically moves to the new date. If we cancel without reschedule, you may choose a full refund or a credit.
DIGITAL PROGRAMS, COURSES & REPLAYS
• Immediate access: Because access is delivered immediately (or within minutes), purchases are non-refundable once delivery is made.
• Access issues: If you cannot access what you purchased, email us within 7 days so we can help. If we cannot restore access in a reasonable period, we may offer a refund or credit.
• Downloads: Once a download starts, it is non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
• Billing: Billed at the interval disclosed at checkout (e.g., monthly or annually) until canceled.
• Cancel anytime: Cancel future renewals via your account or by emailing us at least 1 business day before the next charge.
• No prorations: We do not prorate or refund partially used billing periods unless expressly stated at purchase.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we may retry your payment method and/or pause access until payment is successful.
• Upgrades/downgrades: Any plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
PAYMENT PLANS
By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all installments. Late or failed installments may result in paused access until your balance is current. Payment plans are not a “subscription” you can cancel mid-commitment unless otherwise stated on the offer page.
PROMO CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Discounts and promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. Price adjustments are not offered on past orders if pricing changes later.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND, CREDIT, TRANSFER, OR CANCELLATION

Include: full name, purchase email, order number, the product/event name, and your reason/request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase. We typically respond within 3–5 business days.
PROCESSING TIME & METHOD
• Refunds (if approved): Issued to the original payment method. Bank or card timelines vary; please allow 7–10 business days after we confirm a refund.
• Credits (if offered): Will be noted on your account and good for 6 months unless stated otherwise. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable unless we approve a substitution.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first—most issues can be resolved quickly. Unwarranted or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension and we may contest them with documentation.
FORCE MAJEURE / DISRUPTIONS
If events outside our reasonable control impact delivery (e.g., platform outages, severe weather, acts of God), we may deliver a replay, reschedule, or issue a credit. Refunds are not guaranteed in force-majeure scenarios.
CONSUMER RIGHTS & JURISDICTIONS
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
• Texas (TDPSA): This privacy statute does not create refund rights, but your data and opt-out rights are explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policies.
• California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states: Some states grant additional data rights (not refund rights).
• EEA/UK “cooling-off”: If local law grants a withdrawal period for digital content and you have not accessed/started the digital service, you may have additional rights. By accessing the content immediately, you may consent to early performance and waive the withdrawal right. Contact us before accessing if you intend to exercise such rights.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reasonably announced (e.g., site notice or email to active members).
